our Shipping Policy

At Bold Care, we do our best to ensure that orders are shipped and delivered to customers as soon as possible. We follow a process to ensure that all orders are shipped properly and get delivered within the timeline.

For online orders that don't require a prescription from a doctor:

- Orders are shipped the same day if placed before 12pm, and shipped the next day if placed after 12pm.

- Orders are picked up via our third-party shipping aggregator and delivered within 2-4 days by our shipping partner. We have warehouses at Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Kolkata. This ensures that we can provide 2-day delivery in the state with the warehouse and 3-4 day delivery in the states around that warehouse. For remote locations in India, like Jammu & Kashmir and the North East, deliveries can take upto 6 days.

For Cash-On-Delivery orders that don't require a prescription from a doctor:

- Customers will receive an order confirmation call from the customer support team to verify and confirm the customers address.

- Once confirmed, orders are shipped the same day if confirmed before 12pm, and shipped the next day if confirmed after 12pm. In the scenario that a customer isn't available via call and hasn't confirmed their order, we make 2 more attempts before dispatching the order.

- Orders are picked up via our third-party shipping aggregator and delivered within 2-4 days by our shipping partner. We have warehouses at Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Kolkata. This ensures that we can provide 2-day delivery in the state with the warehouse and 3-4 day delivery in the states around that warehouse. For remote locations in India, like Jammu & Kashmir and the North East, deliveries can take upto 6 days.

For orders that require a prescription from a doctor:

- Personal assistants assigned to the customer will coordinate between the customer and our panel of expert doctors to set up a free doctor consultation via phonecall. Post the consultation, the prescription is shared by the doctor and changes are made to the customers order if needed. If additional payment is needed, payment links are shared to the customer. If the customer has paid additional amount before the consultation, the additional amount is refunded.

- Orders are shipped the same day if the prescription process is completed before 12pm, and shipped the next day if done after 12pm.

- Orders are picked up via our third-party shipping aggregator and delivered within 2-4 days by our shipping partner. We have warehouses at Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Kolkata. This ensures that we can provide 2-day delivery in the state with the warehouse and 3-4 day delivery in the states around that warehouse. For remote locations in India, like Jammu & Kashmir and the North East, deliveries can take upto 6 days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Online payment: FREE shipping

- COD payment: ₹75

Delivery delays can occasionally occur

Shipping Coverage

We only ship to addresses in India and cover most of the delivery pincodes in the country. If your pincode is not servicable, then Our customer service team will contact you.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking
number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
